Each signed in pencil or ink within the lower margin, two dedicated to Frank Benson. Plate sizes to 9 3/8 x 13 3/4 in. (23.6 x 35.0 cm),one matted, all unframed.
Condition: Minor soiling to margins, folds to margins of Cenotaph.
Provenance: Descended within the family of artist Frank Weston Benson.
N.B. A fragmentary poster from a Benson & Tarbell exhibition held at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, in 1938 accompanies the lot.
