Sheet size: 17 1/2 x 25 3/8 in. (44.5 x 64.3 cm). Framed dimensions are 23 x 30-1/2 inches.

Titled, numbered, signed, and inscribed, "Pheasant Shooting/#17811/'After Pheasants'/..." on the reverse. Brown paper tape around the perimeter of the reverse, affixed to window mat with brown paper tape across the lower corners and masking tape at the upper corners and at intervals along the sides. Tape is dry and coming loose.
Minor fox marks to the sky, tack holes and pale mat burn to the edges of the sheet, rippling. Framer's label from The Paint Pot, Concord, Massachusetts, affixed to the frame backing paper.
