The Offering, 1934, edition of 35, printed by Lynton Kistler, Los Angeles (Morse, 239). Signed and numbered "Jean Charlot 16/35" in pencil l.r., signed and dated within the matrix, monogrammed by the printer in pencil l.l. Lithograph on paper, image size 12 5/8 x 10 1/2 in. (32.0 x 26.5 cm),framed.
Condition: Subtle toning, not examined out of frame.

Out of the frame the sheet measures 16 3/8 x 13 3/8 inches. It is a fine tissue-like paper with a partial "Barcelona=Latalvnna..." watermark . The sheet is evenly toned. There is glue residue to the upper corners, verso, which is visible to the recto. There are several minor nicks to the left edge.
