Moore Quarter-Repeating Table Clock, Ipswich, England, c. 1790, the painted and gilt finish case with fabric-backed scroll-cut wood sound frets, bell-top case with brass carrying handle, engraved silvered sheet brass dial marked Moore, Ipswich, with strike/silent in arch and faux pendulum and calendar apertures, fully engraved back plate on the eight-day time and strike fusee movement with quarter-hour repeat on demand on six bells, verge escapement and a short bob pendulum, ht. with handle extended 22 3/4 in.
