The May auction of Clocks, Watches & Scientific Instruments features early pocket watches, complex musical boxes, and American clocks by the famous Willard family, Nathaniel Mulliken, John Munroe, Louis Bernhard, and E. Howard & Co. A rare August Lingke & Co. assayer’s kit and a very early repeating circle hearken back to the age of exploration in the 19th century. A collection of painted cast iron mechanical banks will also be offered.
