The sheet is hinged at the upper corners, and at the left corner is a 3/8 inch tear. There is a tiny repair to the middle of the lower edge. The sheet is a laid paper with a partial watermark of a crest surrmounted by an "M." There are ink and pencil annotations to the verso, as well as an unidentified collector's mark.
