Castings of Colorado in the metal at the bottom of the reverse.
Stainless steel, approximately 19 x 11 1/2 x 7 in. (48.3 x 29.2 x 17.8 cm),on a marble plinth.
Condition: Very fine surface scratches, dust to interstices.
N.B. Kent Ullberg grew up in a Swedish fishing village and loved to see the otters playing nearby. The artist was inspired to create this sculpture based upon the book of the same titled by Gavin Maxwell, which he read in Swedish translation as a boy.
