Early Georgian Walnut Lowboy, England, 18th century, with a row of two small drawers above a long drawer, each with feather-banded veneer, on cabriole legs with shell carving to the knee, on pad feet, ht. 26 1/2, wd. 28, dp. 19 in.

Veneer dry and cracking throughout with scattered loss and patches (loss to front apron and left side). Scattered minor worming. Abrasions and wear throughout particularly to legs and top surface. Drawer runners replaced, legs with stabilizing brackets. Back right leg with repair to knee and foot. Lower right drawer handle with loss to hardware.
