Three-piece Coin Silver Tea Service, Philadelphia, teapot and covered sugar: second quarter 19th century, Robert & William Wilson, makers, each vasiform with a bulbous baluster body with a berry finial on a swirled acanthus ground to cover, monogram, a grapevine register to the shoulder, and an acanthus-decorated scrolled handle, all on a stepped circular foot with a leaftip register, teapot ht. 11 in.; together with an unmarked, similarly decorated creamer with the same monogram, approx. 74.6 troy oz. total.
