Rosewood Welch No. 4 Round Head Calendar Clock, Forestville, Connecticut, c. 1878, turned wooden bezel over the 12-in. painted zinc dial with Roman numerals and days of the week, 8 1/2-in. lower painted zinccalendar dial with months and day of the month, printed maker's label on inside backboard, eight-day, spring-powered, time and strike movement, ht. 32 in.
