German Kriegsmarine Sword, c. early to mid-20th century, gilded hilt with crown over an anchor, which folds up, right side folds down to lock onto scabbard, marked Kurtrius, lion head has one red, and one green eye, steel blade etched with ship and crown over anchor, as well as foliate designs, and maker's mark C.E. with two squirrels, lg. 37 1/4 in.

Crack in grip, some patina on gilding, scabbard has very light rust.
