N.B. The ballet Mademoiselle Angot made its world premiere with the American Ballet Theatre in October 1943 at the Metropolitan Opera House. Based on the operetta La Fille de Madame Angot by Charles Lecocq, the ballet was choreographed by Léonide Massine, with scenery and costumes by Mstislav Dobujinsky.
