Fifteen Scrimshaw Articles, a dipper with a rosewood handle with carved facets, which attaches to a coconut shell bowl with a carved heart and lady's leg bracket; a small slide-lid box inscribed "Aiguilles," a toothbrush, two bodkins, two folding manicure sets, a folding snuff knife, and a folding toothpick, two cigarette holders, a small spoon, and three pierced tubular devices, accompanied by a small beaded book-form pincushion, (cracks and loss on bowl of dipper),dia. 1 1/4 to 15 1/4 in.

Coconut shell dipper bowl has a 1 x 5/8 in. loss and an associated crack, the bone bracket has a few age cracks.
