Double-sided Work on Paper: Figures Outside an Inn and Watercolor Washes on an Envelope Front. Unsigned, identified on a label from P & D. Colnaghi & Co. Lit., London, on the reverse; recto: ink on laid paper, sight size 4 1/2 x 8 3/8 in., framed. Condition: Recto with losses, foxing, creasing; verso with patches corresponding to losses on the front, creases, ink inscription "For/Mr. Thos..." at the post office in West Cowes, purportedly to the address of the artist.
