Description:

Three Silhouettes of Military Figures, two eglomise silhouettes, one probably English, depicting "Capt. Henry Whitby R.N. 1820," identified in inscriptions below, 5 x 4, in a molded bird's-eye maple frame; one Viennese, indistinctly signed c.l., depicting an officer wearing a red coat and a medal, 6 1/4 x 5 1/8, in a molded giltwood frame; and one painted on card depicting an officer wearing a medal, 3 3/4 x 2 3/4 in. in a molded bird's-eye maple frame; together with a printed silhouette of a gentleman in a bird's-eye maple frame.

The two eglomise silhouettes: Whitby figure with a few small specks of paint loss to upper lip, hair and jacket; red jacket figure has gilt and paint loss and some paint flaking nd separating fromt the glass.
