This map covers the southernmost tip of Florida, the Bahamas, Cuba, Hispaniola, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, the Lesser Antilles, and northern parts of Panama, Colombia, and Venezuela, including the mouth of the Orinoco River. A finely drawn illustration of sea trade between Europe and the islands appears in the upper right hand corner.
