Constitution of the State of Kansas adopted at Wyandott, July 29, 1859, rare broadside, all details comparable to those of the Newberry Library copy described in the Graff collection of Western Americana, including a manuscript note in pencil on the verso, "Hon John Casey," and the small yellow State Register Office label pasted on the verso, Graff collection 2268; Hawley & Farley 52; old folds, some light edge toning, few small spots, 19 1/4 x 16 in.
