Inscribed on the back of the frame liner "For Children's Crusade for/American Overseas Aid and United National Appeal for Children..." and with a partial unsourced and undated newspaper clipping of the obituary for Mrs. George S. Fuller affixed to the side of the liner.
Accretion or varnish inconsistency to sky at upper right. Scattered small accretions and surface grime overall.
