Hutchinson & Co., New Bedford, Massachusetts on the frame reverse; surface grime; would benefit from a cleaning; dots of retouch to sky area and l.r. quadrant, with the largest single area measuring approx. 1/4 x 1/4 to the u.l. quadrant; no additional condition issues to report.
