Pablo Picasso (Spanish, 1881-1973)

Tête d'Homme Barbu, plate 7 from SABLE MOUVANT, 1964-1965 (Bloch, 1189; Cramer, 136). Signed "Picasso" in pencil l.r., numbered "H.C. 4/7" in pencil l.l., dated within the plate. Aquatint with drypoint on fine laid Japan paper, plate size 14 7/8 x 10 3/4 in. (37.7 x 27.3 cm),framed.
Condition: Margins 2 1/4 inches or more with deckled edges, very gently light-struck, several pale fox marks, old waxed paper hinges to upper corners, left edge formerly bound or reinforced.
