Description:
Six Daguerreotype Portraits of Five Young Ladies and a Girl, a quarter-plate size portrait of a young woman seated in a chair, and five sixth-plate size: four depicting young women and one of a young girl with her arms crossed and resting on a table, the pressed-paper/leather case with a fold-out magnifying lens, the others mounted in a pressed-paper/leather cases, (imperfections).

Quarterplate/young woman- minor tarnish on edges and on left-facing arm area, a few mat scratches, lacking other side of case.
Four six-plate size: one has a large tarnish ring and dust, the rest with minor tarnish, spiders, and dust, all cases either split or lacking other side, except the magnifying case, one lacking a case altogether- it just has glass, brass mat and a thin embossed brass protector.
