Brass and Champleve Crystal Regulator, France, c. 1890, with champleve frieze, dial surround, lower columns, and base band, eight-day, spring-powered, time and strike movement, two-jar mercury pendulum, 3 1/4-in. cream porcelain dial with blue Roman numerals, all on mushroom feet, ht. 10 3/4 in.

No chips to glasses. Dial looks good. Movement runs and strikes but may need cleaning and adjustment.
