American Guitar, C.F. Martin & Company, Nazareth, c. 1865, Style 3-17, stamped CF MARTIN & CO, NEW YORK at the center strip and to the upper block, and CF MARTIN to the upper back, width of lower bout 11 5/16 in., with original case.
Estimate $1,600-2,000

Two hairline cracks below bridge, one hairline crack, bass side, above bridge to soundhole purfling. Pearl inlays in bridge hiding bolts in bridge.
