Description:

Turquoise-glazed Dish, China, 18th century, shallow dish with slightly flared sides and broad rim, of bright but mottled glaze, resting on a straight foot with base lightly glazed in turquoise, multiple pockmarks and bulges probably from impurities of white clay, dia. 11 1/4 in.

Provenance: C.T. Loo, with label on base.

Broken in half and repaired with metal joints, multiple surface scratches and stains.
