Louis Icart (French, 1888-1950)

Carmen, 1927 (315, Holland/Catania/Isen). Signed "Louis Icart" in pencil l.r., inscribed "Epr.Art..." and with the artist's dry stamp l.l., inscribed in the plate "Copyright 1927 by les Graveurs Modernes...Paris" u.l. Color etching and aquatint with touches of hand-coloring on paper, plate size approximately 21 1/4 x 14 in., framed. Condition: Toning, foxing, small crease at dancer's elbow, not examined out of frame.
