Together with: Catriona, a Sequel to Kidnapped, London, Paris & Melbourne: Cassell and Company, 1893, first edition, first issue, with half-title and advertisements at the end dated "8.93," in blue publisher's cloth with beige daisy printed endleaves, back hinge becoming loose. (2)
