Signed Photographs and Rolled Documents. Six matted and framed signed portrait photographs from the early 20th century, all inscribed to General Charles Sherrill (1867-1936): 1) 1912 Nobel Peace Prize winner, Elihu Root (1845-1937); 2) Chauncey Depew (1834-1928); 3) Attorney General and Secretary of State, Philander Chase Knox (1853-1921); 4) Admiral George Dewey (1837-1917),in full uniform; 5) an unidentified man; and 6) another portrait of Chauncey Depew; [with] General Sherrill's Legion d'Honneur; and a document from 1927 from Czechoslovakia, both documents rolled in cardboard tubes.
