Signed and dated "Calder 64" l.r.
Gouache on Arches wove paper, sheet size 21 1/4 x 29 1/2 in. (54.0 x 74.9 cm),framed.
Condition: Glued at u.l. and u.r. corners to linen-covered mat.

Provenance: Acquired from the artist by Nicholas Guppy, London; purchased from Obelisk Gallery, Boston, Massachusetts, November 1, 1967; private collection by family descent.

N.B. The work is registered with the Calder Foundation, Application No. A14246.

Estimate $25,000-35,000

Possible minute scattered flyspecks or pigment variances. Very minor dog-ear cease to u.l. corner. Slight curl to paper at l.r. corner. Sheet affixed to backing mat at top edge. No inscriptions on the reverse.
