Condition: Minor surface wear.
Provenance: Commissioned of the artist by Bob Quayle, VP of Marketing, Carborundum Corporation, Niagara Falls, New York, for their Sculptural Award Program; gift from Bob Quayle to the present owner, a Carborundum graphic designer, creative director c. 1960-1970s, and director of the Carborundum Museum of Ceramics, 1973-1974.
