Dock of Abu Simbel at Cairo, Egypt
Signed, dated, and inscribed "Ivan Albright 1982 The Nile" l.r., titled l.l.
Pastel and watercolor on paper, 16 1/4 x 24 1/4 in. (41.1 x 61.4 cm),unmatted, unframed.
Condition: Affixed with masking tape to a foamcore support.

Provenance: Through the estate of Matthew Wysocki (1920-1991),artist, photographer, professor and chairman of Dartmouth College's visual studies department (1966-1989),to the present owner by family descent, Connecticut.
Estimate $1,000-1,500

Masking tape formerly along top and bottom edges, now dried up and totally loosened from bottom edge, while still adhered at top center edge. Glue residue where tape has come loose. No inscriptions to the reverse. No other condition issues to report.
