The Sunlit Garden. Unsigned, attributed by the artist's niece, Myrtle Dicker, in an inscription on the reverse. Oil on canvas, 16 x 12 in., framed. Condition: Scattered minor abrasions, retouch, craquelure, surface grime.
Provenance: Through the artist's estate.
N.B. The lot is accompanied by a framed offset print reproduction of the painting of a snowy landscape by Stephen Parrish (sight size 8 x 12 in.).

The inscription on the reverse of the canvas reads, "This is to verify the fact that this sketch was done by my aunt, Anna Fisher, N.A./Myrtle A Dicker, Cold Brook, New York."
