Carved and Painted Wood Pigeon Decoy, America, late 19th/early 20th century, the figure with delineated feathers on the wings and tail, and inset glass eyes, with stand, (imperfections),ht. 4 3/4, lg. 13 1/4, ht. on stand 15 in.
Estimate $600-800

The body lightly hit with shot, lacking feet, small loss to tail edge, beak joinery is a little loose, minor paint loss, areas of old retouch.
