Pair of Silver Salts Cellars with Glass Liners, Hester Bateman, maker, London, 1780, each of oval form decorated with openwork quatrefoil and blossom designs and an engraved eagle crest on one quatrefoil, with gadrooned rim, raised on four claw-and-ball feet, with conforming cobalt glass liners, ht. 2, dia. 3 1/4, approx. 4 troy oz. total (excluding liners).
