Martin & Company, Nazareth, 1900, Style 2-42, stamped 8762 at the peghead top and at upper block, stamped CF MARTIN & CO, NAZARETH PA at the upper block and center strip,dated 1900 on interior top, the spruce top bound in ivory and mother-of-pearl, the soundhole rings of ebony, ivory and mother-of-pearl, the ivory bridge, the ivory endpin, the ivory endpin hole inlay, the rosewood back and sides, the ebony fretboard with snowflake-pattern inlay, the nickel silver tuning machines with mother-of-pearl keys, width of lower bout 12 in, with later case.
