Rectangular satinwood top, the edge with tooled inscription of the first verse of the Divine Comedy, "Nel Mazzo Del Cammin Di Nostra Vita Mi Ritrovai Per," "Una Selva Oscura Che La Diritta Via Era Smarrita Dante," with four cast bronze sculptural mounts raised on Honduras mahogany base, signed J.L. 2006 on casting, ht. 25 3/4, table surface ht. 21 3/4, wd. 56 1/4, dp. 25 3/4 in.
