Bronze Stele, Northeastern India or Thai Peninsula, 11th century, depicting Lord Ganesha standing on a lotus throne accompanied by two kneeling attendants and Moosikam, the mouse, over his right shoulder, the right hand displaying the Vitarka mudra, in offering of compassion, patina of malachite with azurite deposits, 9 1/8 x 5 3/4 in.
