There Were not Found Women Fair as the Daughters of Job..., plate XX from THE BOOK OF JOB, 1825, final state of four (Binyon, 125). Identified within the plate and on a label from Harlow, Keppel & Co., Inc., New York, affixed to the backing. Etching on paper, sight size 8 1/4 x 6 1/8 in. (20.8 x 15.5 cm),framed.
Condition: Not examined out of frame.
Provenance: A Massachusetts collecting institution.

Out of the frame, the work is on chine colle. The backing sheet is laid down and measures 12 3/4 x 9 7/8 inches. There is glue along the upper edge of the sheet, and pencil annotations to the lower margins.
