Sculpteur, modéle couché et sculpture, 1933, plate 37 from LA SUITE VOLLARD, published 1939, edition of 260 plus proofs (Bloch, 147). Signed "Picasso" in pencil l.r., identified on a label from the FAR Gallery, New York, affixed to the backing. Etching on paper, plate size 10 1/2 x 7 5/8 in. (26.5 x 19.3 cm),framed.
Condition: Margins 2 inches or more, subtle rippling, not examined out of frame.

Out of the frame the sheet is a cream laid paper with the "Vollard" watermark and four deckled edges. It measures 17 1/2 x 13 1/4 inches. There is minor soiling plus erased annotation to the margins, and extremely gentle toning at the edges of the sheet.
