Signed and dedicated "Jos Pennell imp To Ralph Nicholson" in pencil l.r., signed and dated within the plate, and identified on a label from Wunderly Brothers, Pittsburgh, accompanying the lot. Etching on laid paper, plate size 11 7/8 x 9 3/4 in. (30.0 x 24.6 cm),matted, unframed.
Condition: Margins 1/4 inch or more with two deckled edges.

The sheet is a fine laid paper and measures 15 x 10 1/2 inches. there is very minor soiling.
