No Democratic Poles!," with caption at upper left corner reading "You declare war on me, I declare war on you, and we both go to San Francisco!......", signed l.r. and dated "N.Y. 45," sheet size 5 1/2 x 3 7/8 in., the reverse of cardstock with unfinished sketch also with Hitler and Tojo, matted, framed, (applied to mat with small tape strips to reverse, unfinished sketch with paper and tape residue, light crease, edge soiling, and some handling wear).
