Three Framed Pawtucket, Rhode Island, Slater Mill Related Items, 19th century, an 1890 printed cotton "Cotton Centenary" apron, with images of Samuel Slater and the Slater Mill, approx. 30 1/2 x 24; a black printed cotton handkerchief, centered with a picture of Samuel Slater "The Father of American Manufacturers." and corner scenes "Old Salter Sunday School, Pawtucket Falls and Bridge," "Old Slater Mill," and "David Harley & Co. Merchants Exchange," 22 x 22; a printed cotton fabric segment depicting images of "The Old Slater Mill," original owner Samuel Slater, printed by the "Photo-Fabric Co., New Bedford Mass.", 17 3/4 x 16 3/4 in., (toning).

Note: Built in 1793, the original Slater Mill in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, was the first cotton mill in America.
