label affixed to the stretcher and on a label from the Brockton Art Museum, Brockton, MA, affixed to the backing.
Oil on canvas, 29 3/4 x 40 1/4 in. (75.7 x 102.7 cm),framed.
Condition: Retouch, craquelure, surface grime.

Provenance: By descent in the artist's family to the Fuller Museum of Art (Gift of the artist's husband, Dr. Robert Barstow),Brockton, MA, to the New Britain Museum of American Art.
