Ink, wash, and whiting on laid paper, sheet size 10 x 15 3/8 in. (25.5 x 39.0 cm),unframed.
Condition: Hole l.l. quadrant, paper loss l.r. corner, creasing with tear u.r. quadrant, rippling, with tears, nicks and wear to edges.

Paper is quite fragile, with creasing, toning, and soiling, and with nicks, tears, and losses along the edges. There is a pronounced center crease. The most significant tears are: 2 tears u.r. top edge measuring 1 1/2 in. and 1 in.; 1-in. tear l.c. on crease, 1-in. tear l.r. edge, 3/4-in. tears upper edge left side and top edge left side. Hole in paper l.l. quadrant measures 3/8 x 1/4 in. Scattered pinhole size holes throughout.
