Six Wedgwood Queen's Ware Armorial Crested Plates, England, 18th century, a pair brown enameled with crest and motto of Huxley; a green and brown enamel decorated soup plate with crest of Bradshaw; a gold with brown and green enameled crest of Balgrove impaling Shakespeare, the plate inscribed Balgrove Esq. on the reverse; and two with unidentified crests, one with puce shell edge and black transfer printed crest; another with underglaze blue border and central iron red, gray, and black crest; impressed marks, each dia. 9 3/4 in.

Huxley: Each with very slight scratches to the trim line at the rim.
Bradshaw: Shallow 1/4" rim chip; some slight stain spotting at inner rim.
Blagrove: Allover light black speckling to the glaze.
Puce feather edge: Numerous small rim nicks.
Blue edge: Small pit mark to glaze surface.
