Signed "Suzanne Roger" l.l., identified on a label from Saidenberg Gallery, New
York, on the backing, titled in pencil on the stretcher, stamped "Galerie Louise Leiris" on a label from Galerie Simon, Paris, affixed to the stretcher.
Oil on canvas, 8 3/4 x 10 3/4 in. (22.2 x 27.3 cm),framed within a liner.
Condition: Subtle canvas deformations.




Estimate $700-900

When viewed from the front, there is subtle rippling to the canvas overall, but most noticeable in the lower left quadrant., and some varnish inconsistencies. There is a small round canvas stamp to the reverse that is not legible (Please see photographs). Staining and rippling to the reverse.
