Morozov, St. Petersburg, depicting the imperial eagle flanked by scrolling foliate devices on a cobalt blue guilloche enamel ground, diamond accent, surmounted by a fancy-cut ruby and sapphire crown, within signed fitted box, Russian hallmarks and maker's mark, (missing most of fringe).

at the bottom of the brooch the enamel is a tiny bit thinner in some minute areas on the edges, not obtrusive
most of the fringe is gone, one of the jump rings for suspending it is bent back, the two remaining balls both have small dents
box is very nice condition, some light wear to certain points, shows evidence of piece having been in it a long time
