Brass 7-inch Radius Sextant by H. Hughes & Son Ltd., London, the flat bar frame with inset silver scale engraved along the lower edge H. Hughes & Son Ltd. London, index arm with vernier, thumbscrew locking and pivotted magnifier, mirror with back stamped Stella, sun shades, telescope, ebony and bone handle all in a brass bound mahogany box with The National Physical Laboratory Certificate of Examination dated 1915 inside the lid.
