Attributed to Bertha Eversfield Perrie (American, 1868-1921),Rogers Street / A Gloucester, Massachusetts Landscape, unsigned, inscribed "By Bertha E. Perrie..." in a later hand on the reverse, oil on paper/board, 13 3/4 x 16 7/8 in. (34.9 x 42.9 cm); both framed.

Condition: Surface grime and abrasions, puncture to l.r., minor board losses to edges, subtle craquelure.
