Canada Goose Decoy, attributed to Eugene Ortley, New Jersey, c. 1945, according to tag attached to figure, the goose was made by Eugene Ortley, a nephew of decoy maker Eugene Birdsall, with bottom pad weight and rigging ring, (repair to bill, paint losses),ht. 9 1/2, lg. 22 in.

The bill has a crack with glue and nail repair, the tip has a stippled patch about 3/4 x 1/2 in. may be insect damage, sacattered paint losses on wing, breadstbill and tail edges.
