Art Deco Rock Crystal, Diamond and Onyx Jabot, Cartier, Henri Lavabre, c. 1915, designed as a carved rock crystal quill pen with diamond and buff-top onyx highlights, maker's mark for Henri Lavabre, French guarantee stamps, no. 0378, signed Cartier Paris, Londres, New York.

Note: Lavabre's workshop produced exclusively for Cartier from 1906-1921. In addition to their platinum, diamond and gem-set work, Lavabre produced for Cartier items in the Russian style that provided significant competition for Faberge.
